Triple sliding doors lead out to the heated pool and spa in a fully enclosed lanai.

Disney fireworks can be seen in the distance every night from the lanai.

Our home is 100% smoke free and pet free and parties are not permitted. Ashtrays are provided for use on the pool deck. Anyone found to be in violation of these may be asked to leave the property immediately without compensation or any refund of funds paid. A $500 fine will be applied if evidence of smoking in the home.

Noise violations will be issued by the county to any guests who do not observe quiet hours after 11pm.

There are 2 shared washrooms upstairs. One between bedroom 3 and 4, and one between bedroom 5 and 6.  Both washrooms have a double sink / stone vanity.  One washroom has a walk in shower, and the other has a shower/tub combo.

There is an additional half bathroom on the main floor next to the theatre/games room.

The garage has been converted into a 12-seat movie theatre, complete with large popcorn machine. There is also a ping pong table, as well as a foosball table.

The large, oversized loft upstairs has been converted into a lounge area / games room.  There is an air hockey machine and 2 arcade 1up video games.  55" flat screen television with an oversized sectional and love seat arrangement for relaxing.

The home is equipped with toiletries to get you through until you find time to get to the stores. This includes shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag, etc... Please note that there is only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small, single use toiletries. There are several shops located on Highway 27 just outside the resort - minutes away.

We believe in treating all people equally and respectfully. Our home is LGBT friendly.

Our rates includes pool and spa heating (heated to 83°F respectively between October and April). May to September pool/spa heating will incur an additional nightly fee of $25 and a minimum of 4 consecutive nights are required. If you require a warmer pool temperature that 83°F, an additional nightly fee will apply. Please note that if you decide to add pool heat after check in, it will take up to two days for the pool to reach the full temperature.

Safety is priority for us at all of our properties.  Although we provide various safety features in the home, there is no substitution for supervision.  Please ensure that all safety features are used throughout your stay.

- Pool fence is erected not only for the safety of our guests, but the safety of others in the community. Please ensure that is erected at all times that the pool is not in use.

- Lifevac choking devices are located in the home - wall mounted across from the kitchen.  They are to be used only in an emergency, and when all current choking protocols are exhausted.  Please take a few minutes to scan the QR code on the case to watch the video on how to use the devices in case of emergency.  There are two devices - one that is mounted in a case that is to be used in case of an emergency in the home, and a travel device that we recommend you take with you when outside the home (going for a walk with a stroller for example). Please note that our inspectors will check to ensure that these devices are present at time of checkout, so if you use the portable device, make sure to put it back where you found it prior to checkout.

- There are two safety gates located on the stairs.  They should be used at all times by guests that have small children.  The safety gates, when not is use, tuck neatly away against the posts as to not be in the way for guests who don't require them.

- Outlet covers are installed in all unused outlets.  Please ensure that they are being used at all times that outlets are not in use.

We know how hard it is travelling with children on holiday, so we have provided various amenities to make your holiday less stressful. There are 2 strollers - a jogging stroller and a double stroller.  There is a highchair, a pack n play with basinet, and a baby swing.  There are also other devices for your convenience, including baby monitor with screen, a bottle warmer, and noise machines.

There is also a barbecue for use at no cost - (propane supplied by guests, if needed). Property management are not responsible for cleaning the BBQ. Guests are asked to clean after each use. A deposit of $50 will be required for use of the BBQ which will be returned after your check out if grill has been cleaned. If grill has not been cleaned, you will lose the deposit paid.
